CALLING ANGELS® — Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
- Standard delivery: 3–5 business days
- Express delivery: 1–2 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders over R750
- Shipping is handled by The Courier Guy
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to activate.
Delays CALLING ANGELS® is not liable for delays caused by The Courier Guy, or events outside our control. Delivery times are estimates only.
Lost or Damaged Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at dylan.driveza@gmail.com.
